Full Review
The Aluratek 10-inch WiFi frame is one of the most affordable ways to get a touchscreen digital frame. At under $90, it costs less than a nice dinner out.
The frame has 16 GB of built-in storage. That is enough for several thousand photos. You do not need a cloud service or a subscription. Load photos from a USB drive, SD card, or through the AiShare app over WiFi.
The touchscreen is basic but works well. Swipe to browse photos, tap to select, and use simple menus to adjust settings. Older users who struggle with apps find the touchscreen easier than a remote control.
There is no Google Photos or iCloud connection. If you want to sync from cloud services, look at the Pix-Star or Nixplay instead. The Aluratek is built for people who want to load photos directly and keep things simple.
Screen quality at 1280 by 800 is the same as frames costing $50 more. Colors are decent and the screen is bright enough for a well-lit room. It does not match the Aura in sharpness, but at half the price, nobody expects it to.
The biggest risk with local-only storage: if the frame breaks, your photos are gone. There is no cloud backup. Keep copies on your phone or computer.
For under $90, the Aluratek 10 is the best deal for anyone who wants a touchscreen WiFi frame without paying for cloud services. Simple, affordable, and easy to use.
